Meet Emeldah Chansa, founder of Mabala Farm, located off Mikango Barracks in Lusaka. Established in 2018, the 50-hectare farm produces cabbages, tomatoes, maize and soybeans, supplying major retailers including Pick n Pay and Freshmart.
